Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you have agreed to my terms of service.
Failure to follow these terms will result in a blacklist.All of these are for personal use only.
For commercial/merchandise use and hiring opportunities, please contact me personally via [email protected].

As the artist, I have the right to:
◇ Refuse a commission if I deemed it's above my current skill or no image refs provided.
◇ Use the artwork in my social media accounts (unless the client specifies not to), portfolio, and commission sheets for advertising my services.
◇ Not progress further than sketch before full payment is paid.As the commissioner, you are allowed to:
◇ Ask for revisions during sketch process, while only minor corrections and adjustments are allowed after sketch (line art/coloring step).
◇ Hold every right to the drawing but not the commissioned work (don’t claim it as your own or that you drew it). You may post it with proper credit.
◇ Hold the right to the character if it’s your original character, but not the commission itself.
◇ Use the art for personal use.As the commissioner, you are not allowed to:
◇ Reproduce or distribute the artwork commercially before discussing it with the artist. You may NOT profit off of it without a discussion.
◇ Take credit for the artwork if you share it.
◇ Erase watermarks from the WIPs and/or the finished artwork.

Payment

All commission must be paid in full upfront after the sketch has been approved.◇ All payments will be done in USD only.
◇ Invoice will be sent via PayPal after you provide your e-mail/PayPal address.
◇ Please mark the payment as "RECEIVED" in your PayPal account when you've received your commission.
◇ Strictly NO REFUNDS. Refunds only apply if I cancel the commission.

Commission Process

Message my Discord LunaMoon#8699 or my other contacts with the following:◇ Commission type and order quantity.
◇ A clear reference photo of your character along with a pose ref (if possible) including your instructions/preferences (background color, adjustments to the reference photo, pose/gestures, facial expression, details, etc.).
◇ Upon confirmation, I will send a sketch as described before for your approval.
◇ If no adjustments are needed, I will request your e-mail to send an invoice via PayPal before I proceeded to the next step.
◇ After receiving full payment, I will continue the commission and send work-in-progress pictures to keep you updated with my work. Please feel free to give feedbacks or ask for adjustments to the artwork.
◇ I will send the final artwork through e-mail/wherever preferred once its finished without anymore minor revisions.
